[ opening mingle ]
[ A seemingly normal day in the city-state of Seihkir - another sunny day in this paradise of monsters.
That is, except for some near the Lake of Life - some who look out of place. Humanoid, even. For people have begun to arrive. Are they confused? Lost? Alas, there's no people here to guide them - human or monster each. By the edge of the lake are a few bags - filled with food and cell phones, alongside small potion bottles and a few ruined scraps of paper. Other then that, the area is a calm split in the forest - a path to the city clear from a long dirt path.
Welcome to Seihkir. Feel free to make your own posts after this, but use this as a mingle. ]

Not only because it'd help keep her awake, but because she felt an odd sensation in her body, one she could barely explain in words. ]

No, this wasn't any place he'd been before.
The blonde ends up making his way over to the bags he'd spotted in his initial survey of the area, kneeling down to poke through them and see if there was anything that may help him figure out where he was. The instant he spotted the cellphones he snatched one up and dialed a number he had memorized by this point--Tifa's--putting it to his ear and waiting--]
The number you are trying to reach has been disconnected.
[Cloud pulls the phone away from his ear with a sharp frown, slowly ending the call.
Disconnected?]

No. What was done was done. Stop reliving it.]
G-Gladio! Noct? Prompto?
[The names are called out with the faintest hint of desperation, Ignis managing to get upright but reaching out in an attempt to find something he can use to steady himself. Something he can use to guide himself along wherever he is.]

She grabs at her necklace to activate her super speed and attempts to take off at top speed. ]
Huh?
[ She tries to activate it again, but it doesn't glow indicating that it's active. It seems to be dead. ]
Oh come on! [ With an annoyed sigh, she scans the area. Once the cell phones have been spotted, she snatches one up and dials up Applejack first. The phone doesn't even ring, but says it's disconnected. Dash's look is one of confusion and she quickly dials up the rest of her friends, getting the same answer.
Phone in hand, she'll be walking around and looking around the area. ]
Anybody know where we are?

Damn. [Manabu mutters under his breath, still rummaging through the bag.] I gotta find a way to let them know where I am...
[Which is easier said than done. The place is abandoned, or at least he's far enough from civilization to make it seem that way.]

He's going to have a look through them, or wander down to take a look down the path.]
… I wonder who's down there. [and- he'll turn, to whoever's near.] I don't suppose you've seen anyone?

Wherever here was.
In an attempt to seem more natural, she stands near the bags and looks through one, wondering who they must belong to. The items weren't her's to keep, she suspects, even if each bag looks identical in contents. They must belong to a group of travelers, but where were they?
With more questions than answers, she busies herself with one of the phones. It's unlike anything she's ever seen, so it has captured her interest for the time being.
Her face lights up in surprise anytime she pushes a button that causes the screen to do the same. How neat. )
